For Love & Art

Executive Director, Kym Shaw Day has worked in the nonprofit field for close to 20 years. Raised by some amazing altruistic women, Kym continues this legacy through her commitment to serve others. Kym has a master’s degree in education and the majority of her career was spent improving and advocating for high-quality education for young children in under served communities.

After experiencing the sadness and great joy of partnering with her sister to care for their mother while on hospice, Kym pivoted her career and began working with For Love & Art to help bring a greater quality of life to seniors. She the mother of 1 son and loves pending time cooking and having adventures with her only grandson.
